Starbucks - Bensenville

By far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The cashier is striking conversations with the customers while taking orders and the barista moves like a zombie.

I like this place but sometimes on shift is one lazy girl and every time she miss something or if you want something else is big problems with Her many times she refused making pure over coffee with excuses “ no more filters or something else. That happens multiple times and not only with me but with my friends to.I have respect for everyone but She is not for this job .I didn’t give you her name but I’m very sure if she read this can change herself for good.

Worst service ever. Being the only starbucks opened right now due to the shutdown, We expect to have a good service. They threw out about 5 drinks while I was there. They would literally stand a good while trying to figure out what to put on the drinks. Half of the drinks were not being sold. Only coffees. They said they couldnt sell food because they were frozen and would take too long to unfreeze. I explained the drink I wanted and they refused saying they dont sell that drink in starbucks when Ive gone to hundreds of different starbucks and they do sell it. Gave me a drink I never asked for. And still got ugly attitude and stares by the employee. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy.

The wait is forever! The are always understaffed at this location! You ALWAYS have to wait, its terrible!
