Quesadillas de la Colonia

Venture into the colonia and seek out this little gem of a restaurant. You can order from several different veggie quesadillas or ones with meat/poultry. They make them there on site, fresh, from scratch. The portions are big (we ordered two each which was sufficient), and the quality is excellent above and beyond anything you'll find at the beach part of PM. I highly recommend the quesadilla de champiñones (mushrooms).

Delicious food made right before your eyes. Handmade quesadillas and sopes as well as several kinds of delicious fillings. Prices seem to have gone up slightly recently, but 20 pesos for one delicious portion is still quite reasonable. What's even better is that there are truly ample vegetarian options, clearly marked for ease of ordering. We personally liked the nopalito version on the veg side and the chicken tinga on the carne side. Will come back again the next time we pass by!

Amazing quesadillas. Food is delicious, people are friendly, and the place is authentic. Try the calabacitas!
