Contribuiți la feedbackOur restaurant for lunch on the beach. One of the best and most bang for your hard earned Buck restaurants on the beach. Great food, excellent service and honest prices. I went next to El Merkadito and they wanted to calculate the double price for the exact same fish and weight.
Coconut hollandaise shrimps are here. Long time great staff. Whole fish also available Early if not busy
We came into town for the day to meet friends. Wear a mask until seated. Sanitize feet and get temp taken. Only 4* because of service. Shrimp Ceviche was delicious as well as the fish tacos. They brought chips and Chile as well as some sausage appetizer thing. It was interesting to say the least. The views are amazing!
One of the local vendors recommended this place. He said go past all the others and go straight to his place. We listened. Overall it was ok. Food was ok. Service was ok. Waiters were all hanging out kind of disinterested had to waive them down which I really don’t like to do at any restaurant. View was good. Right on the beach. On to the food. We had a ceviche mixto. Mixed ceviche, with shrimp, fish, and octopus. Was fresh and delicious. The green hot sauce they provide is liquid fire!! My son had the fish filet. Battered. He loved it. It was like one oversized fish stick. But made of a fresh fish filet. Was actually quite delicious. My daughter ordered camarones a la diabla. Deviled shrimp. She got a skimpy dish with about 5-6 shrimp. Flavor was ok. Tasted more like chipotle. My wife and I ordered the fried fish. Wanted red snapper like the one the guy at “el Merkadito” Showed me. But at this place the guy said “we are all out”. We only have pargo. It was not great. Rather flavorless. The best thing here was the ceviche and my Tamarindo Michelada. A whole liter for $95mx. I regretted not taking that red snapper at El Merkadito. Might go there next before our trip ends. Would go back to this Petita place only for beer and ceviche. Otherwise would try other places maybe El Merkadito. So many places to choose from. Hard to take advise and score. Win some lose some.
