Wow ice creams to die for and for a very reasonable price with nice service also if I have went here at the start of my holiday I would've been a few times .

Went here in February 2020 the staff were friendly and polite and the place was spotless had a crepe and an ice cream sundae both were served quickly and were of a good standard

Family of 4, take 5 items. Waiter (mid 50s, white hair) comes to us 5 min after finishing our ice creams and asks us to leave as there is people queueing outside and they have to close in 20 min due to Covid. This place has a take away facility so customers could be offered that option rather than asking customers inside to leave. Very poor service, approach and manners. When explaining the person this was very poor service and extremely dissapointing experience he just answered “you can leave a review in Google”. Well, here you have, hope you enjoy the reading and understand one day how important it is to look after customers the right way.

I've been visiting this ice cream parlor for years and it's my favorite in benidorm with a difference. This year I have repeated and therefore the products are of an insurmountable quality, both the ice creams as varied as the horchata and the granized, delicious and artisans. the waiters and the waitress are very attentive and understanding, and the bosses are great professionals.

Very recommended ice cream! quality products, especially the horchata and the white chocolate waffle! few places in front line beach and with this quality! I will definitely return.
