Jalapeños Mexican Food - Benicia

This is my second experience with this food truck. The customer service for me was not inviting. The young lady was polite. The gentleman treated me as if I were a nuisance on both occasions. (Customer's included. Gentleman jumped right in front of the line) On this second trip the gentleman asked whether I wanted a red or green salsa. I asked if I could get both to where he began sighing. I would have been fine with him saying ma'am it's 12pm we need to save for later thanto just act annoyed. The first time I went I ordered a chicken torta. It was a bit dry and not made on the type of bread I'm used to which is fine. The second time I ordered a shrimp ???? burrito ???? which they were out of. I then ordereda Taco salad with chicken and extra salsa. I loved the shell on the salad. I tried both the red and green sauce to test for spice level they weren't very spicy for me. I like to support local companies when I work in an area instead ofdoing regular fast food. This treatment very disappointing to me.

Food is good with fast service. I like the way the food is spiced, not hot but with a full flavor range. The truck is located in front of a n industrial strip and is not easy to see until you are right on top if it. Be prepared to make a u-turn. It is very busy during the lunch hour so expect a but of a wait. The menu is varied and good.

Good bang for the buck. Giant burritos, good fish tacos. If I was to make a suggestion I'd suggest the pastor, not big on the asada here, its alright. You may even find yourself in a food coma after a burrito lol.

As near as I can tell, this ?restaurant? in Benicia does not exist. I have been through that complex several times at different days and times and never found a restaurant. I have spoken to an employee of one of the shops (he says it?s a food truck that comes weekdays. and there is certainly no ?dine in? as claimed. I tried at lunchtime today (Tuesday and again found no food available.

I haven't had their whole menu yet but what I had was very good.
