I tried the Chicken kheema onion Partha cooked in butter and Alooonion pyaaz paratha. As quirky as its name the reminiscent is its taste. It had generous amount of filling. It is served with yogurt, chutney and pickle. If you're ever feeling low just go to this place you'll definitely feel better.
You just cannot miss this place when in Bangalore! So far the best Paratha and Chicken Starter ever had! And not forgetting the amazing lassi it has. Didn’t know there was such a selection of parathas in one place. I played safe and got the Aloo Onion Paratha and Chicken Keema Onion Paratha cooked with butter. Aloo Onion Paratha Soft and easy to tear the Paratha with a perfect stuffing of some yummy potato onion masala and served with some yummy curd. Loved the chaat masala sprinkled on the paratha and the combo of Potato Onion stuffing. I 'd go back for this one time and time again. Note If you want to play an enemy role in someone 's life who want to be fit, just say 'Aloo onion paratha ' It works. Chicken Keema Onion Partha It 's cooked in Butter. I crave for some spicy Paratha and among spicy parathas, I love Keema Parathas. They are self sufficient, you don 't need anything else with these, just a little pickle and curd by the side enough. Mixture of juicy minced chicken Indian Spices that will take your taste buds on a different level altogether Malai Chicken Tikka It is a mouthwatering juicy grilled chicken recipe, with chicken pieces marinated in chilies, garlic, lemon, spices. and cream. It is one of the best snacks to nibble while you enjoy their masala chaas or Lassi! Some other recommendations for paratha and starters: Chicken Angara Paneer Achari Tikka Stuffed Tangdi Kabab Chicken Keema Paneer Paratha Along with the familier Parathas and Starters, you can try their Sweet Lassi and Chaas. They have an amazing range of veg and non veg starters, parathas and lassis. I totally love the chicken Malai and the Tangdi stuffed kebabs. The Malai kabab was really cooked to perfection and yes the stuffed tangdi Kababs had this yummy kheema stuffing which made it much more tasty and unique. The Angara kabab were good and the chutney served with it was mind blowing. The onion kheema paratha king sized one was served with lots of butter and raitha it is definitely a must try. You can surely share this with minimum of 5 people. Lassis and jeera chaas were also great . You can undoubtedly head to this place incase you are not so much bothered about the ambience and all you care is the food. Seating arrangement is decent , there is a separate kitchen for veg and non veg so vegetarians need not hesitate. Do check out this place if you are craving for desi food.
Why moochmarod? moochmarod is famous for imperial paratha, which is almost 2kgs and is 24inches wide. we visited this place to dinner. the seating arrangement is very home, they need to remove their shoes and enjoy the desi seat style on comfortable floor cushions with low table. we started the meal with leti like mooch marod special Lassi,Gulkand Lassi,Masala chass,Jeera chaas. in starters we had malai huhn tikka, satt tangdi kababab both the starters well cooked and had a good taste. in parathas, as I said, parathas are served on this place only wow and it is cooked in butter. they get it in different sizes. imperial parathas are the largest parathas in india. 5-6 can have that. in imperial size we ordered chicken keema paratha and in quuen size we ordered aloo gobi zwiebel paratha and the taste was from the world.
Parathas as big as they can get: Mooch Marod Non-Veg. A humble place in White field that serves some lip smacking starters. Yummy lassi and chaas. And BIG parathas. The parathas served at Mooch marod are the Biggest in India. A humble place with open aired Dhaba style seating. To Squat and sit on and relish the food – desi style. Had been here with a group of friends – I know I cannot eat the huge parathas alone. Had salted chaas and Jeera chaas to accompany my dinner – Both tasted well and went well with the starters and parathas. In Starters we had Stuffed Tangadi chicken, Malai chicken tikka and Angaara Chicken. Stuffed tangadi – Chocken leg pices stuffed with miced chicken and some mild masalas and smoked in the grill – Had a smokey flavour – desi taste – cgicken used was yender. Really loved this dish. Malai chicken – Malai chicken tikka basically with some few spices loads of malai – loved the taste and he mild smoke flaour whilch game from the filred grill they used for cooking. Angaara chicken – A spicy chicken starter – if u are in mood for some spicy dish this one is for you. Mooch marod serves BIG parathas at its best –and one more thing that is special about this place is that we can choose whether the parathas are cooked in Butter or oil. So we ordered a Chicken kheema onion paratha that is cooked in butter – Emperor size. This One was about 24 inches in size – perfect stuffing of minced chicken and onion with chilly and other spices – The parathas though it is big – It’s cooked evenly all across. topped with a BIG dullop of white butter. YUMMM. Enjoyed every bite of this one. We were about 5 friends who shared this.
