In the past two months, I've visited Hungry Jack's several times in hopes of ordering a Stormy Berry ice cream, only to be told repeatedly: "We don't have any ice cream at the moment, the machine is broken." How long does it take to get the machine fixed? It's frustrating.
We waited longer than usual in the drive-thru, but the service was friendly and polite. The chips and burgers were delicious, but the onion rings were unfortunately cold and soggy. They were not enjoyable to eat.
I love the burgers they are so juicy and go so great with Hungarian jacks frozen drinks. recommend in any case
The cashier was politely helpful, but the manager advised that they did not sell the family boxes after the cashier went thru each of the boxes with us. the manager said they don’t sell the boxes because they are a franchise and everyone does it...other this is the only hj’s I was 2, that dont sell family boxes, which meant that we buy all single dishes that total cost about $20 more. the quality of eating was beyond the pathetic, speck not cooked, wrap soggy, huh, that small that it would not even feed my welpe, the soft drink was flat and for the price we could have paid and would have gone into a pub that have cheap lunchtime at a better standard. there is no possibility that I would ever return to this place. I give the cashier 10/10 for the service he gave us, as for the manager, I wouldn't even rate him with a -10. absolutely pathetic and scandalous and if the manager wants to succeed, I suggest that he seriously rethink one and change some things about this restaurant. make them fall and go somewhere else
