The Grill 1646 - Bend

As for my burger, a big thanks to Dan, the owner and chef, for understanding how a medium-rare burger should be cooked and for knowing that a burger deserves to be seasoned! I honestly wouldn't change a thing about it. The toasted bun, the generous patty, the fresh veggies, and the perfectly balanced seasonings and sauces made it an incredible experience. It was simply amazing, and I will definitely be back to explore more of the menu! Thanks, Dan, and the team at 1646 Grill!

I had the pleasure of meeting the friendly owner, Dan, at Bend's newest grocery store, Grill 1646! I savored a delicious cheese steak he prepared, and it truly stands out as one of the best comfort foods out there. He got it just right—more meat than onions and peppers, with ooey-gooey melted cheese all served on substantial bread! I'm eagerly looking forward to trying more of his creations.
