Subway - Bend

If you need to ask someone personal questions about their service animal, please do so privately and respectfully, not in front of a line of customers. It is unacceptable to expect someone to discuss their personal medical issues in a public setting. This experience at Subway was absolutely appalling and discriminatory.

Absolutely incompetent and disgusting sandwiches me and my family got. We're moving and thought we'd have one last subway meal, and we got completely altered orders, disgusting throwtogethers of random food, not what we ordered. The workers should be fired. Sickening, probably little teenagers who are mad at their parents taking it out on a family. Everything wrong with our country. Edit: attached pictures. This sandwich was meant to be a turkey, pp jack, spinach lettuce tomatoes and pickles sandwich. Absolutely wrong, as were my families sandwiches. We ate at a chik fil in idaho today and those movin fellas know how to work and keep the orders right and keep a smile on their face. Good work ethics in our youth. Usually if I update a review it is to give it a higher score. Not this time. Things have gone downhill here. Staff is still nice and the place was clean enough but the sandwiches were terrible. I guess they are trying to save money by putting less ingredients on the sandwiches. This is not a good thing. You may not have a lot of choices in DRW but honestly now I think you'd be better off driving north a couple miles into town. Unless I get desperate I won't be back any time soon.

The young girl just made me a sandwich without any mask on! So disgusting. Go to town if you are hungry, not worth dying for. I would stay clear of this place.

Sunday afternoon I was ordering sandwiches the man who seemed to be the manager started making one of three sandwiches before finishing my first sandwich he asked the younger guy if he could take over finishing my sandwiches. from there they got into a full confrontation in front of me,Mostly ignited by the man who was the manager. It was extremely unprofessional and very uncomfortable. Also at the beginning of my order the man cutting open our bread had on watches and bracelets that were rubbing along the top of our sandwiches as he sliced the center of the bread I have had Bad customer service at this Subway location before but after last nights experience I will go out of my way to purchase my sandwiches at a different Subway.
