Five Guys - Bend

Food: GREAT! Service: Not great. I went in to pick up my online order and one of the guys working (he was tall and blonde), was very short and raised his voice at me.

The person at the regester to night was not at all helpful to my wife who was trying to use her debit card. There was money in the account and there are all 3 forms available on the card to use it's been my experience that if there is a malfunction that one of those 3 will work. This lady acted as though it was a bother to help make the transaction. Needless to say you've lost our business if you even care.

Excellent food. Expensive; although not for adding lots of extra toppings which is free. Sometimes my orders are mistaken depending how fast paced the place may be at that time. Understandable. Mostly good expectations every time I walk in here. Grub out.

They told me I couldn't have my service dog in the building because they don't allow any dogs inside. I'm never dining here again. I have a medical condition and I need my dog. I thought Bend was at least a dog friendly place.
