Cibelli's Pizza - Bend

First off, let me say that Cibelli makes the best pizza around. However, there seems to be a problem with their availability. Today I was lucky enough to grab a few slices, but while sitting down I noticed that 8 people had to leave without getting any pizza because they had run out. In terms of taste and quality, I would give them 5 stars, but their poor decision making regarding inventory is the reason for my 3-star rating. It's worth noting that they are not short-staffed, as there are 4 people working. My advice would be to call ahead and place an order if you want to ensure that you get a piece of pizza for lunch.

I did not enjoy this restaurant at all. The pizza crust was undercooked in the middle and the temperatures were off. There were no slices or whole cakes available. I observed the chefs haphazardly making the pizza sauce with non-san marzano tomatoes, taking their time and neglecting their sauce. They seemed to rely on their intuition rather than using timers. Overall, this place was not to my liking. However, it might be suitable for a quick meal for locals, so I would rate it 6 out of 10 stars.

The restaurant failed to inform us that there would be an hour wait for our food after ordering, leaving us to wait in the parking lot for an hour before our meal was ready.

Pizza is three dinge crust, sauce and cheese. the crust here is excellent and she can use it is good the problem is that lack of the spice in the sauce. the disc I got was so bland that I wonder if they just forgot to put salt in the sauce. the crust is so good it draws the 1 star-bland sauce to a 4 star slice pizza (only safe to add salt to its slice).

Great, giant pizzas with a tasty crust and fresh toppings. An excellent choice for company lunches as well.
