Chanterelle At Pronghorn Club - Bend

One of our favorite parts of the visit was the riding center. Since our daughter is only 2, she wasn't able to ride, but we were fortunate enough to meet Chris while feeding the horses. He warmly welcomed us and was incredibly friendly! He even offered to meet us on our way out to take our daughter to the riding center, where she could pet and brush a horse. Laredo was the sweetest horse I've ever encountered—so patient, and I never felt concerned about my young daughter being around him. Chris showed us genuine love and kindness, and the work he does is truly incredible and selfless. This was a memorable experience for us, one we will never forget! Chris treated us like family, and it was heartwarming to see how happy our daughter was. Additionally, the pool, children's center, and cabins were all beautiful. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Brasada Ranch for a family trip, no matter how young your children may be!

We stopped here for Father's Day dinner and, although we weren't staying at the resort, the rooms looked very appealing from afar. Now, onto the food: the roasted tomato appetizer was refreshing and an excellent way to start our meal. The service was impressively fast and professional, and we received personalized attention that exceeded expectations—our waitress was fantastic. The salmon was perfectly cooked and paired nicely with a flavorful salad. The blackened scallops were also expertly prepared, striking the ideal balance of flavor, and served on a bed of corn and peppers. They were incredibly delicious and come highly recommended. The pizza was delightful and bursting with flavor as well. We suggest this restaurant, but just be prepared for a 25 to 30-minute drive from Bend. For us, it was well worth the trip, both for the meal and the scenic views.

Brasada was stunning! I attended a family wedding there at the beginning of June, and despite the rain, the staff did a great job accommodating everyone. We stayed in a cabin, which was very clean and easy to navigate. However, I wish there had been more lighting. The bathroom lighting wasn't the best, especially when getting ready for a wedding, and it was a bit difficult to see while walking between cabins at night, particularly in the rain. Driving from one location to another was also challenging due to the lack of light. On a positive note, it was only a 20-minute drive from Redmond Airport and about 25-30 minutes from Bend. The views were breathtaking, and I loved driving past the horses on the way in. I would definitely recommend this place!

An amazing place. I say surprisingly, because a first impression appears quite small. After a short while, you come to appreciate all the Brasada has to offer. Great food, great pools, fantastic views of 7 mountains and a great golf experience. Another thing that impressed me was the actual construction of the plants. Giant beams and posts keep the buildings open. I'm sure they've been milled for Brasada alone. I could go on, but look for you.

We stayed in one of the downstairs room in the Ranch house and wow! The room was very comfortable and quiet and the view was amazing. Having easy access to the hot tub was great as well. The staff was friendly and helpful and pleasant with every interaction we had with them. We also had breakfast at the Ranch house and then did dinner one night as well and the food was great every time. Also good wine selection at dinner as well. Definitely will be keeping this place in our top places to stay.
