Bos Taurus - Bend

I've heard about this place from several people so we had to try it. We traveled from Eugene and stayed the night in Bend just to have dinner at this restaurant. We had an amazing experience. This review does not reflect the food quality. The food was absolutely fantastic! However, the service has much to be desired. The bartender we were stuck with last night was horrendous. WORST service I've ever had. There were only about 8 people at the bar table, 3 of which left within 5 minutes of our arrival. Eli was an amazing server. One of the most memorable dining experiences of our lives, starting with the smoked rye Manhattan, thru the 6 starters including Wagyu beef, the steaks, sides and dessert.
