Smoothie King - Benbrook

Extremely expensive items, decently flavored smoothies. Definitely overpriced on the app. Delivery was over half an hour late, smoothies were room temperature by the time they arrived. It could have been worse. Luckily I'm not a picky person.

I came in earlier today and a new person was training, each of my smoothies came out perfectly and even though she hasn't been there long my smoothies were made faster than some of the other smoothie kings I've been too.

Definitely need to hire people with better attitudes .. we were told out of an employees mouth “We are just being upset and being rude because we have to take everything back out after cleaning” ..it was 8:40 ! If an employee is okay with saying that then maybe they don’t need to work there. If you don’t want to do your job then please quit ! Would love to get in contact with management if possible ! Very disrespectful employees that don’t need to be working. Whoever the two females were that were working on May 12,2023 at 8:40pm is who I’m talking about. They know who.??

New smoothie bowl not good and way overpriced at $12. Jamba is much better and cheaper. Otherwise, smoothie shakes are good.

Fast service and friendly staff today during lunch break.
