We should have left this place as multiple tables around us were either complaining or voting with their feet. 'Service ' if you can call it that was shocking and the food of very low quality. Don 't be fooled by the setting or the promise of barbecued fish most of what we saw being served was being sent back.

Despite reported as closed this place is still very much open. Like some others I wish I had read reviews before going in. Everything from the outside is very appealing. Once seated there is a Basket of bread and garlic mayo set down, which like others we realised on the bill that it is not complimentary! The starter of garlic bread was poor. I had ordered fish and was told it would come off the bone, which it didn’t! The potatoes and veg served with it were not good. My wife’s meal didn’t arrive. When queried we were told it was coming-2minutes. We chased serval times and it was always “2 minutes”. By the time it did arrive my daughter and I had finished ours so my wife had to eat by herself. My daughters meal was just average. When the bill arrived it was expensive for what we got. No handheld terminal to pay by card so up from the table to the desk area to pay. Customer service needs a lot of attention, just look at the other restaurants close by and how they do things. We will not be back!

Food looked, lovely so went in , very rude waitresses, took drink order, then came back to take food order in less than 2 mins,asked for more time to read menu , she did not like that, tables really close together, so had dinner with a few strangers before our order came out, my dish was not what ordered, a whole fish came out instead of mixed fish skewer, then waited 15 minutes for my dish while rest of family ate theirs, ok can except errors but so rude,completely cleared of table while i ate on my own with family , took all napkins , condiments, then i went to toilet after food , and they took my chair away from table, got bill €144 for 5 mains and drinks, only 4 of us there, the charged for the main that was wrong in start, would not recommend, customers on tables both sides of us and I mean 6 away were not happy either, food was nice but service was worst I've had in over 30yrs

I have mixed feelings with this place. After several days thinking whether to go here or the twins to eat a marscada, we decided for this restaurant. I asked if what was coming into the picture was what went into the shell and the answer was, yes. At all times the waiters and rrpp were attentive and very kind. But don't lie to me. I didn't understand what was coming in the picture. In the marscada came the gambón, shrimp, lobsters, coquinas, mussels, fall them and razors. In the picture there are many more things they didn't put. When I asked about the carabiners, for asking about something, they answered they didn't have, something they could have told us. their answer was they put us more than anything else. I didn't want to ruin my father's birthday and I didn't say anything else. But it was clear that it wasn't unique that it was missing. When I asked him, they looked at the photo of the letter to make sure before they answered. outside of this I want to highlight the good deal of the waiters and that, although not what I expected, everything was good, including the shot.

Very well in sympathy to pick up the customers the two guys out. in plan to serve, removing the thin waiter of glasses that also very well, a little thin.
