Georgina's Restaurant - Benalla

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant after not visiting for a long time. All four of us at our table were impressed with our meals, with one person even saying it was one of the best steaks they've ever had. The menu had a good variety of options and the service was excellent. The only issue was that one meal and one type of beer we requested were not available. However, our waitress kindly offered to go to a nearby bottle shop to get a cold one for us. She was honest about the beer only being available warm and did not try to serve it that way. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and we will definitely be returning.

We booked for dinner here on a Friday evening, partly based on the other reviews we read, partly on our motel's recommendation and partly because it was walking distance from where we were staying. So glad we chose it.Jade, the maitre'd and our server, was friendly, efficient, helpful with recommendations, and very professional. Since they were out of the beer my husband wanted, she suggested a similar brand that was actually probably better! Her wine recommendation was spot-on too, and both were local (ish) as well.The menu choices were all tempting; I chose the veal scallopine, which was even better than I imagined it would be, with tender veal in a lovely sauce plus roast baby potatoes and asparagus

Group of six ,great selection , everyone loved what they ordered. My stuffed mushrooms were to die for.

Absolutely faultless.. Would recommend to anyone, the type of food you would expect in the best city restaurants in melb and Sydney, truly an assert the benalla

Stopped in here for a very nice meal (had the salmon and risotto) - a little pricey but the food is awesome and the wine choices very nice. Recommended when you are sick of the local pub and just want a special meal.
