Commercial Hotel Benalla

We stopped for lunch on our way to Tasmania. The food was delicious, but it may have been a bit pricey.

The food at this restaurant is decent. However, the kids' playroom is extremely loud.

Abismal service. Waited an hour for food that didn't come. Then staff were incredibly rude when asked for a refund. I've been to countless pubs and never encountered such rudeness.

Food seems reasonable and had heard good things about the kitchen. However spoilt by rude staff. Young girl and partner were the most rude staff I've encountered in a long long time. A horrid experience

Good solid, generous country pub meals. Relaxed friendly environment suitable for families.
