The Bunkhouse - Bemidji

I love this place, recommend it. great deals, great place to see the game. one of the better places to get a decent breakfast. local, great people who are about the common. they have pull tabs and a lot of others. weeknights you will always find a bar full of interesting ppl. I don't know who the challenge is called now, but you have to make the Matt challenge.

The bunkhouse bar and grill is a rustic but energetic place to go in the bemidji area. the hotel is located just a few blocks from the campus and on a large autobahn, this facility was rebuilt and sees as it does today in December 2016. the staff is polite and very immersed in the culture. there are a few televisions to consider and currently has a Pacman machine. the menu has a lot to offer and is unique. for the vegetarians out there are a few possibilities for them! bring them a few friends or come them themselves, this place is a nice way from their average bar scene.

I'm glad to see they figured out a good formula for this location. Definatley geared towards college students, but not in a bad way, semi-sports bar vibe to it. I will be honest, I was skeptical of this place at first, but I really enjoyed my breakfast It was simple but unique enough to be its own. The menu is cheaper than some places but food was made well. Not sure if the gravy was made from scratch or not, but my wife and I didn't care cause it tasted good. Would recommend the biscuits and gravy and the Viking Scrambler. Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is that the coffee tasted burnt and really acidic...which is important for a place that serves breakfast in my book. I'm also picky about coffee, so most people probably wouldn't care! Will be coming back again.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch today. Service was good the restaurant is nice and my wife liked her lunch. Now comes my lunch trying to be unpredictable l ordered the hamburger on a waffle l would categorize it with the term different not probably something you wish to put on your bucket list ! But other than that not bad.

The burgers were hot! The pouting was amazing. It was pretty busy for for mid day. Service was a little slow I thought. The bathrooms not so clean and the floors were pretty good and sticky.
