Slim's Grill - Bemidji

The burgers were decent but nothing to write home about. The only side available was chips, which was a letdown. The place has a cozy bar and grill atmosphere with a northern vibe. The staff were friendly, but I don't see a reason to come back.

Dine here! The restaurant has a cozy, cabin-like atmosphere reminiscent of the North Woods. They grind fresh beef daily from Stittsworth Meats (which makes some of the best jerky you'll ever taste!). The meals are incredibly delicious...

I visited this restaurant during a trip to Bemidji. The interior has a typical bar atmosphere, but the service was outstanding. My daughter and I both ordered burgers, which were cooked perfectly.

We had a fantastic experience at Slim's! We were visiting Bemidji from the city and were craving a burger. A quick Google search led us to Slim's. The exterior has a really cool cabin-style design, nestled among the trees, which captures the essence of the North Woods. Inside, the North Woods theme continues with mounted animal heads on the walls. There's a spacious bar at the center, and cozy booths and tables are arranged around the restaurant. The menu features a variety of burgers, pizzas, and a few appetizers and daily specials. My husband chose the Peanut Buster Burger, while I went for the Popeye Burger. Both were excellent! I loved the fresh spinach and toppings on the Popeye Burger. Each burger was served with a small bag of chips. The place was bustling by the time we left. Our waiter was very friendly, and we heard a lot of laughter around us, which made it clear that this is a great spot for a nice dinner or drinks.

Absolutely perfect! The burger was fantastic, and the atmosphere is something you won't find anywhere else. I tried the avocado burger and discovered my new favorite drink: Red Bull with cranberry juice.
