Cashier very inpatient couldn’t stand still or wait twenty seconds. Then only gave 4 strips didn’t have time to return for the missing fifth piece.

I ordered a 10 piece leg and thigh. I only got nine pieces. Plus, I had a coupon for a FREE 16 oz side order. They were going to charge me for the FREE item. The guy at the window said, oh, it’s a good thing I saw the coupon (I told him at the order microphone that I had the coupons.

I love KFC, this was not my favorite one. Service was subpar and not very friendly. Food came out correct, though, and tasted good.

Good food but customer service was terrible. won't be back. Lady called 3 cars a rush and would not let me order the food I wanted gave me a half full cup of Dr Pepper and forgot all our sides
