This Is It! Southern Kitchen -b-q

The Food was No good at all it was so bad I forgot about it and left it I the car Rib tips had no meat I used to love coming here but something happened in the last few years the best thing was the drink that came out machine Trust and believe I will not be returning

My food was horrible the ribs tips had no flavor and was cold the Mac cheese was sloppy and on top of it all my friends order the vegetables plates and it was buy one get one free,that was not true they charge for the boths plates and left off items on the both plates, my others friends food was cold and tough a $113.00 and the food were a disappointed.

My company eats here.. one day they decided to eat there. The few times we got the ribs they weren’t cooked well (we didn’t mention that though) But this time it looked good so a co worker and I asked can we sample one. (We also made it clear we were with a company that frequent there) The owner got extremely offended and said no displaying major attitude yet continuing to state that the food there is good and how long he’s been open, blah blah blah, mind you we purchased $90 worth of food this particular day. Let’s be clear I only ate there because my manager was paying and conveniently located near the job. The greens were burnt but whomever made them decided to drown them in salt as If was going to eliminate the burnt flavor. The meat was slimey inside (Not fully cooked) the Mac and cheese was the ONLY thing that tasted decent. We will no longer be spending our money at this place just for the simple fact that we try to support our people and this is how they treat you?! I’m truly disappointed in his mannerism and attitude. Idk if he understands that customers keep his business going. Oh and it was empty in there.. Go figure!

I recently had a not do good experience during one of my visit and received a call from one of your managers, James. He apologized for the confusion and asked me to come back to make it better. I received the quality of good I'm accustomed to refund and he also reimbursed me for the previous meal I felt so special and enjoyed the customer service I received from the manager on duty DaVita. I will continue to come to this location and find it very convenient area to go to. Thank you again Mr. James and have a blessed day.
