Mcdonald's - Beltsville

While the employee who worked the drive thru was very friendly and friendly, I just wanted to order a shake. I was told that the location no longer sold them.

Person running the register didn't understand or speak much English. Easy to get here, but only a right turn from the parking lot means you need to make a U-turn to get back on 95. Just didn't feel safe or clean, wound up using bathrooms elsewhere. Wouldn't stop here again.

To be fair I'm not really a fan of McDonald's becuase the food isnt good unless its hot and getting it hot almost never happens. The chicken nuggets we ordered tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. Fries are usually luke warm unless you request to have fries that are hot and were just made. Even then it's a gamble.

I want to gnade and use the doubt. I understand fast food places to be short staff, but this is my 5th time in order to get my order wrong. save them their time and drive them 5 minutes to the place on a cherry hill, it is rare that they screw up their order (at least this is my experience.) my baby likes brot and cheese, I try to be as clear as possible what I order. check them before they go (I saw to check, I had everything but I wasn't going to open that sandwich)!

Went here after a long morning at work. Staying at hotel across street. Went through drive through and ordered a big mac meal. In the bag, after i left, i see a 4 piece chix nugget.PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE FOOD BEFORE I DRIVE AWAYAt $15/hr they need to get it right
