Pizza Hut - Belton

The customer service here is outstanding, and I definitely prefer Pizzahütte pizza over all other competitors. The young man named Patrick, who made my pizza, did an incredible job. He was very clean, friendly, and accommodating. He prepared my pizza exactly as I ordered it online. I was very pleased with its appearance, taste, and quality.

It wasn't the worst dining experience I've had, but it certainly wasn't the best. When I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted by an off-putting odor, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. The pizza was decent, but pretty average overall. Initially, I was ready to rate this place 3 stars, but I changed my mind and bumped it up to 4 thanks to our waitress. She was incredibly sweet and had an infectious personality that brightened our experience. She made sure our glasses were always full without being overbearing. That extra star is really for her.

I placed a large order for a party—24 pizzas! We called the night before to speak with the manager, who arranged for us to pick them up at midnight. They had everything ready, hot and fresh, right on time. The staff was friendly and very helpful, assisting us in bringing out all the pizzas.
