We stopped on our way home from Winstar and it was very clean and the workers were very nice. Most importantly, our pizza was perfectly cooked, golden crust.

Normally this place has been amazing to us. Lately, however, it's been getting our orders completely wrong. We still eat them cause we don't want food to go to waste, but it wasn't what we ordered. All I ordered once was a plain stuffed crust cheese pizza, only to get all pepperoni on it. Next two times I ordered half pepperoni half cheese, it even says it on the ticket! But it's full pepperoni! URgh! Sometimes you just want cheese pizza and that's that. I don't know whats been going on but if this happens a fourth time I'm never going back.

Said my order was ready so I came inside, only to sit down and wait for another 30 minutes. Service wasn't great and they only had one girl working. Sweet girl but couldn't do all the work by herself, don't tell me my food is ready if I have to wait 30 more minutes.

I phoned this location for an elderlygentlemen living in a Belton area Assisted Living facility. This Vietnam Era Vet wanted a meat lovers pizza! At first there was some difficulty in getting the pizza delivered for this gentleman who can't drive. I asked to speak to a manager and an exceptional, caring manager named Madeleine (I think I might have misspelled her name) came on the phone. She heard the story of the Veteran craving a Pizza Hut Pizza and found a way to get it delivered to him!! It was WONDERFUL! The Delivery Driver was also TOP OF THE LINE!! Special thanks to these two, and this local business, for doing so much for this deserving gentleman! I hope you will support them I was appreciative of this manager using her skills to make this happen! And the gentleman truly enjoyed his pizza!!

Now. Idk if it's just the whole Covid thing and restaurants in general maybe aren't able to get the same ingredients from their normal sources, or if they just don't CARE as much but..... Pizza Hut is Normally one of my Fave Take Out n Delivery places for pizza. I have my Fave places to sit down for pies too; but delivery has historically been consistent wherever in the US I am with Pizza Hut. NOT THIS TIME. First of all I ordered two large three topping for $10 each specials... ok got it, paid extra for Something extra that I'm not recalling at the moment, that was fine... but my pizza had meatballs (they were out of Ham!!! olives and jalapeños, and they put mushrooms on there and I'm sorry, if I don't ASK for extra stuff, especially veggies that may cause an allergic reaction (my ex was allergic to shrooms then PLEASE do not inadvertently add extra **** to my pizza!!! It throws off the flavor palate I'm trying to achieve at that moment, which really Irks. The pies overall tho DIDNT taste the same! The bread was greasy and they weren't piping hot like they usually are when they are delivered. I was completely sad... SO not the normal comfort food yumminess that I've always come to expect from Pizza Hut delivery I DO wanna give props to the delivery guy, who was really cool; even waiting at the end of the stairs to make sure I opened the door to retrieve my pies and thanked me for my order, so thanks delivery guy!! But then when I tried to call to talk to someone the phone just RANG!!!!! Come on Belton Pizza Hut!! Ima need you to get w it! I did
