Hardee’s - Belton

I really like this Hardee's but it's not always the same. Sometimes we get great biscuits, but it seems more often than not lately the biscuits are over cooked and crunchy. My husband has a sore in his mouth from a biscuit that cut him a few days ago. Every time I pull up it's becoming a struggle on if I want to chance wasting money on a biscuit that's crunchy. Luckily today I got a good biscuit but it's just really upsetting to have to think to myself is it worth it to try and get a biscuit? When they are almost $5 each or more it's upsetting to have a biscuit you have to rip half and inch to an inch around all the edges off and then can't even eat the bottom. Please please Hardee's get some consistency in the kitchen in the morning!

Don't bother doing any online orders; these people are incompetent. Even when shown an online receipt with a time stamp to pick up and they tell you the order is in their system, they will refuse to make the order. They told me they did not know how the online orders worked. They then told me they were waiting for someone to tell them to start the order. After I went unto the restaurant, apprently some magic button is on their website that to tell them to start and order and what time to pick it up but then told me he never been the to website and didn't know how it worked or where or what this button looked like. Only button we seen was a cancel button. These people need to be trained if your going to offer these services.Every other place you give the name or a number then they make it on THEIR end and hand it to you. Nice and easy thing to do but apprently not this place.We canceled the order and even got a statment the order should had been prepared and if we wanted to still cancel it; the order was not prepared becouse they refused to make 2 gravy and a sausage biscuit even after I went in with the time to pick up on the online receipt. At least I am not out of money but that was a waste of everyones time.

I have stopped by Hardee's 4 times in the previous 2 weeks. I still haven't eaten. On a Saturday out of fish sandwich. Following Wednesday still out. Today lunch starts at 10:30. At 11:30 they say it's still gonna be 12 before any lunch is ready. I live within a half mile. In the future I'll drive to Williamston or Honea Path. They act like idiots with no expectations or apologies
