Kroger Deli - Belpre

Was there is there last night did all my shopping. To the front of the store they closed all the registers accept the self-checkout bull I hope you like putting them groceries away I left them in the checkout aisle

In the Parkersburg/Belpre area, this is my favorite Kroger because I can usually find better produce with more available selections than at the other Krogers. Also, I can find many items related to my Whole Foods Plant Based diet, such as plant based meats, cheeses, butter, etc... I love the authentic sushi kiosk in the deli area and the fresh baked bread. People who work there are friendly and helpful. What I do not love is checkout. Usually, there are only one or two cashier-run registers; the rest are self-checkout, and there is usually a long line at all of them. I have a pleasant experience shopping in the store, but checking out is a pain.

My kroger act is 481 112 075 139 the instacart ' delivery service you have now is not working . i put in an order jan 8. some of the items you didn 't have. they charged my visa acct $78.66. the actual items i did receive come to $45.40. i emailed them the problem. they then sent me so-called promotions in the amt of $37.85 with very close expired dates. and must spend $35.00 to even get the promotion they sent. this is absolutely unacceptable. they say they didn 't charge me for the items i didn 't receive but they did. please credit my visa credit card for the amount of $33.26. this instacart is not working at all. it is a scam if you look at my acct you can probably see where i have been trying to get them to credit my visa. they should not have charged me for the items i didn 't receive in the first place and they did just that. please send me an email w/ the correction needed and get another delivery service or do it yourself like it was before instacart took over. thank you. pauline dorst

Their pharmacy has went downhill fast. They refuse to answer their phones. Switching pharmacies ASAP

Very packed and only 3 registers open and the self checkout was backed up. line for regular checkout was lined up almost the length of the store. need to open more registers so it moves smother. seen several workers just standing around doing nothing
