It was 6:25 when my sister and I entered and there were 3 people behind the counter and two groups of people eating at tables. The girl Allysa (or Alecia) said Hello, be with you after a minute of our waiting on the counter. It seemed like the three were working at the back of an order, but the people in the store already had their food and were eating. We waited and talked about what we wanted to order, and looked at the employees who got Subs together. After about 5 minutes another couple came and waited for us. I moved closer to the counter and the girl said again that she was with us when she went to the back to get something. I thought she was with us as soon as she came back. No, she went to make more subs. The couple behind us also became impatient and asked if we had already ordered. I told them we didn't have it, but waited for it for a while. At this point we were ready to go, but the girl said again that she was right with us. I said I was hoping as we didn't want to wait, but a minute or two as we've been since 6:25. We kept waiting, and the couple said they never waited so long. At 6:35 I asked the girls names and told her we would no longer wait, put the Brownie and my sister back the chips and we went. Whoever next to Doc?s and were immediately waiting for our food while sitting at a table. We discussed while we were standing there waiting in Firehouse, for the fact that we had waited more than a few minutes and the fact that there were 3 people behind the counter; one would simply have taken our order and informed us that there was a great order and they would come to us shortly. We could have sit and waited. Not everything we are used for the service at the Firehouse. The staff spoke, so it wasn't like it was so eager that they couldn't even talk. As a co-contractor, I thought the owner would want to know what happened, and the fact that we don't go there so fast and next time I will even wait that long before I go.

We usually love eating Firehouse Subs for dinner. I placed an order on the app. My bread was dry. The pickles seemed old. I ate half of my sandwich before I realized there was a dark hair in my sandwich. Big?
