Blue Collar Coffee Co. - Beloit

This morning, I visited a café and had a latte that was truly exceptional. I opted for a classic latte, and it was expertly crafted. The baristas were friendly and courteous, making my experience even more enjoyable. If you're in the vicinity, particularly around Rockford, this place is definitely worth the visit!

I had a lovely day at the end of April. Instead of driving to my usual place, I decided to head into town. On the way, I treated myself to a Chai Latte from Blue Collar, and it was absolutely delightful. I highly recommend stopping by this place—such a great atmosphere!

Too long, not read: coffee, espresso and latte are perfect. And they have oat milk! PS: Remember to give your Barista a tip! It is difficult to find good coffee shops outside where you live in New York, there are only 2 coffee shops that I often make coffee right (Ground Central and Rex). The fact that Blue Collar uses a real espresso machine (not automatically) with the perfect ratio of water:Espresso gels with perfect pressure and the correct use of the steam wall makes for a perfect espresso or latte. I would recommend that any person who happens this place to taste a coffee. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant I had also made delicious and order. Also their camping and travel cups look really cool will probably get one before I go.

I'm not usually a coffee fan, but Blue Collar really knocked it out of the park with their cinnamon latte. This is likely the first latte I've ever enjoyed, and compared to most places, the flavors are much richer and the drink is incredibly smooth. While coffee can be good, the Danish was even better. This will likely become my new go-to spot for morning meetings, giving me a guilt-free reason to come back.

A year ago approximately or a semi half year ago me and my family went on a 17h road trip towards Wisconsin to meet family all the way from New York, I pointed out the coffee joint out on my phone and my mother was interested, we bought coffee from there; My mother has loved it, She specifically only likes the coffee from this joint, very friendly staff, good vibes all around Will be visiting there again any time soon
