Crusoe's On The Lake - Belmont

Nice venue located on the lake with lovely views of the water and boats. The food was simple and delicious with a short wait that was expected because of the volume of orders that were taken. The music on the verandah was a little loud and made communicating challenging with the people at our table. Was a positive experience and would recommend and return in the future.

Perfect spot for a long lunch! Fantastic, fresh and flavoursome food matched by excellent customer service from staff such as Haydn. The bar has a good variety of wines to choose and the view of the lake is perfect. Put these all together and you will be hard pressed to find a more enjoyable and relaxing way to spend a afterooon .

This restaurant is quite popular and gets a lot of customers during lunch hours! I really enjoyed the Chef's Special today.

Great location and food but service wasn't as good. Mixed orders, fingers in food as it was delivered, getting a pot of tea with tea-leaves but no hot water in the pot and when staff told about it getting a tepid water in the cup to pour in the pot wasn't the best experience. Service staff need training in service and hygiene procedures.

The scenery is lovely and tranquil. The food is tasty, and the portions are quite generous. However, the waiting time for the meal was a bit longer than expected.
