Taxco Mexican Grill - Belmont

Decided to check out this place because I was in a shop over there last Friday, and the place was jumping. We went Saturday and no crowd 2 hrs before closing time. The food was so good and our waiter gave us the right amount of attention. I had the Arroz con Pollo (ACP),and husband had the Chimichanga special. It was a little expensive, but we had 2 appetizers. Their menu is huge. They charge extra for Pico, guac, and crema too. Only complaint was the Pico de Gallo had way too much onion, barely any Cilantro, and couldn't taste any lime. But we will definitely go back. I want to try their Pazole next time.

Our server was very friendly and helpful. The food delicious.

We tried this based on recommendations on local FB pages... but we found the food to be pretty bland, the meat did not taste seasoned at all. The margaritas were so-so. However service and environment were good, clean.

The food is authentic Mexican. The service was excellent. I recommend it

I love Taxco. I had a lunch meeting with my boss and wanted her to experience Taxco too. As always the food and service was awesome and the prices are great too.
