At least twice I have placed orders on the app only to arrive, wait and wait and wait until one of the staff picks up my partial order and informs me that they are out of at least one item of my order. Yesterday, after waiting far too long, a woman told me two items were unavailable, but could make me an egg sandwich. Too bad I ordered chicken croissant! Three times, I've had the lids fall off my iced coffee. I guess they don't understand the concepts of quick and convenient, as we're rushing to work....otherwise we wouldn't use the app or expect the lid to be on tight enough not to spill on our clothes....or be what we ordered!Always seems understaffed and clueless.I wanted them to do well for my own convenience. But nope. This one is off my list.

I’ve been going to this particular Dunk’s a few times a week for like three months and they’re always friendly, fast, and get my order right.Parking: Plenty of large parking spaces.

Fairly clean bright lit and fresh. Workers are helpful. Multiple tables to sit at, and open fairly late given the location.

The service at most Dunkins is pretty bad, but this place takes the absolute cake. They will lie about when orders are ready so they don't get in trouble with Dunkin', but always take longer than any Dunkin to make stuff. They are often out of things but don't tell corporate so they're still available for mobile order. You just show up and they tell you they don't have what you paid for. And even when they do have what you ordered, much of the time they make it wrong (see the pic below).
