Jimmy John's - Bellwood

I love this place, but I think he's closed and I'm cheated. they have always made my order right and eating is fresh. we are forced to order from the site wolf and 22. Now throwing on spices. the cookies and the brot from the wolf rd. location are also completely stoney.

Sandwich was good, but the staff was strange. I asked very politely about a glass of water with my sandwich, which was over ten dollars and the girl said that we have no glasses of water. I obviously gave her a strange confused look and she surprised me and turned away from me. would not put it over jimmy johns to not supply customers with conductive water without charging them 5 dollars, but this is not possible to say no to a paying customer to eat their salty lunch meat.

Good food but a little pricey for the sandwich selections.

Horrible communication at this place, I went through the drive Tru to get a sandwich. I noticed there was a longer line then usual, so I waited 20 mins to get to the ordering machine to only have no one ask for my order for over 10 mins. I pulled up to the window to see what was going on, only to see the place wasn't even open. Why couldn't they have put a sign saying it was closed? They wasted the time of so many customers. It was ridiculous.

My wife and I came to dine in for lunch. I'm not sure why, however they made the next four orders prior to ours, after we placed our order. I asked where our sandwiches were they said they were next up. No apology, explanation, or anything. I asked for extra onions on my sandwich, the lady acknowledged me and ignored my request. Poor customer service. Side note food was delicious
