Panera Bread - Bellmore

NO LOBSTER! At 5pm we went for dinner to dine in with all intentions to have lobster rolls and lobster Mac and cheese. Did love the broccoli and cheddar soup though

I love panera bread but this location could do better. Most times I've gone here, they skimp on portions and sometimes mess up your order. Check it before you leave.

I recently tried the lobster roll at this restaurant, but I found the roll to be too thick. There was a lot of lettuce inside, with only a small portion of lobster on top. I also felt that adding a piece of lemon would have enhanced the dish. Overall, the roll didn't taste very fresh.

The customer service was okay. The prices for the food were too high considering the small portion sizes. The lighting in the restaurant was depressing. They should consider reopening the section that closed in 2020. COVID-19 restrictions are no longer in place.

This restaurant offers fantastic food at affordable prices. The staff is friendly and always eager to make sure you have a great experience. Regular customers are sometimes treated to discounts or credits towards future purchases. The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely.
