Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bellmead

No one is working here. No one at the counter for 5 mins. 11am April 6th

We went threw the drive threw and was told they closed at 10pm when clearly the drive threw was open till 11. It was before 10:30pm. They also did it to the people in front of us but never came to the window.

Worst service ever worst employees ever!!! How a fried chicken place give away food that was oreded online and proceeded to tell us we only have sandwiches it was 8:25pm they close at 11 lobby locked too. The attitude of the employees there is unreal. If they dont want to work get rid of them already called corporate!!! And waited almost hour for food to be remade. They need to fire all and start over!!!

I haven’t even been able to get food at this location. Been here twice and both times at the drive thru the second I get up to the intercom I’m told to wait and they make me wait long enough that i end up leaving. Management and employees need to be replaced. I would give no stars if I could.

We stopped off for a quick meal to go on our way to Austin from Dallas. Nothing quick about it, it took a whole hour. We ordered ahead online but were asked to wait at the order screen and then asked to park at the door. We chose to just go inside and sit down where we waited another 15 minutes. The fish sandwich is what we came for, no difference in the spicy and regular. Also wet and mushy inside so we couldn’t really eat the whole thing just around the outsides where it was cooked. The free wings with online order WERE AMAZING! Best wings ever! We’d go to Popeyes again but NEVER this one! My sprite tasted like lake water (filter your stuff Popeyes!)Staff not helpful and felt we were inconveniencing them greatly. The wings were Awesome!
