These employees do a good job serving customers. Guy cashier Employees wearing their Aprons inside out is NOT a good look for Collin Street Bakery. If they don't like their job they should quit! I will be back soon. Note: great place for parties!!

We are here from out of town and stopped here to get coffee. WOW! The bakery section had a lot of choices and the peach turnover was amazing. Definitely will be stopping here again on our trip.

Whenever I'm traveling in an area where there's a Collins Street Bakery, I make it a point to stop and browse. My go-to cookie is the Russian Nuggets, but the cheese cookies are also delicious. Unfortunately, it was too early for fruitcake this time, but it's definitely on my radar for next month.

This is a convenient place to grab a quick meal. They offer cookies, a small variety of hot foods and sandwiches, and their famous fruitcake.

I recently visited the most adorable, genuine, and reasonably priced bakery. The pastries were absolutely delicious! Despite not normally being a fan of sweets, I found that every item I tried was not overly sweetened to mask the flavor. The recipes were authentic and homemade, and I am eagerly looking forward to returning. The Cafe dishes were also delightful! We tried the grilled cheese and croissant club sandwich and were blown away! This place is a must-visit!
