El Tapatio Nw Taco Truck - Bellingham

Haven't even been here but was going to try it as location is convenient. But I see that the prices are the same as a restaurant. Why?? Overhead is almost non-existent compared to a restaurant--no servers to pay, no huge rent or utility bill. Food should be significantly less a a food truck.

I tip every time I visit, but they only allow me to have a maximum of two salsas. The next time I go, I might reconsider tipping.

The service is friendly, and the street tacos are absolutely delicious. This is my favorite food truck!
