This delightful bistro offers a laid-back atmosphere, exceptional service, and outstanding food. The Cosmos burger is absolutely phenomenal!

One of the servers asked what kind of jam I preferred for my toast. Normally, I'm not very into jam, but I asked for his recommendation. He mentioned that all the jams are made in-house, and the plum one was a personal favorite. I can’t even begin to describe how incredible this jam was—absolutely amazing! I loved it so much that I took home what I couldn’t finish. Next time I visit, I’ll definitely ask if they sell it by the jar!

Cosmos is my favorite restaurant! There's nothing quite like it in Bellingham. The staff is incredible, and everything on the menu is delicious.

Our women's group of about 15 women enjoyed our first of many monthly lunches here in their upstairs group space. Great service and fabulous food! I am 100% gluten free and they had several salads I could choose from. The waitress even told me that one of the chef's in GF so understands about cross contamination. I look forward to more excellent meals here. AND they source many of their foods locally and have organic ingredients. :
