El Pollo Dorado - Bellflower

Before posting this, I decided to take a look at the reviews, and saw a handful of people 's reviews were about the attitude of the workers. Then I actually came across my own boyfriends review, LOL. He had the same thing to say too. Well, today was my final visit there, thanks to their attitude. I called about 30 secs before going in and I stated that I had to use the restroom real bad first before ordering. And when I walked in, this young dude with glasses said I couldn 't use the restroom, that I had to buy something first. I told him I just literally told someone on the phone that I am going to buy food but had to use restroom first. Well, that conversation went nowhere and lil boy coughed up an attitude, then out came big sister or mother or whatever she is, to the rescue. They sure lived up to their reviews in having an attitude. No wonder a lot of people feel the way they do about them. There was no getting anywhere with them, and I wasn 't about to argue with these idiots, and while I was trying to tell her I had every intention on buying, the lil dude was trying to act all big and bad. This lil boy had some nerve trying to get crazy with me... well their food was good but time to move on to some folks without attitude. Now that I think about it, all my other visits in the past seemed very non friendly, kind of like hurry and get your food and get the hell put of here not approachable at all for conversation. And here we are 3 years later, and they still have their place closed off due to covid, LOL! Ahhhhhh, some people just choose to live in fear, risk their business. But hey, that 's not my business. So again, since you refused a regular paying customer to use the bathroom, and threw your ugly attitude and lack of professionalism at me.... You 'll keep getting reviews about your poor attitude! Your food was good but your attitudes killed it, hahahaha. Oh yeah...I was actually going to risk not using the restroom, feeling sick AND still buy food just to prove I 'm the bigger person in this matter but that attitude did you in. Sure, 1 customer lost is nothing to you guys but that poor customer service and attitude from you 3, will eventually effect your reputation, Peace out!!! On my way to a better food place!

Chicken is fine, the sides were bad. The potato salad had a weird taste, kind like it was spoiled.

Ordered through Uber. Worst chicken I've ever had! Very dry, outside crunchy and dry on some parts and overall bland. Taste like all they use is salt to season the chicken. Hard shell taco was stale and flavorless. Beans tasted straight out the can with no flavor and rice is just plain white rice with no flavor.

Hey Guys Marvin Here!If you are looking for pollo asado this aint the spot. Trust me you can do better. your stomach will thank me later. Wayy too salty and the sides are baadd. Boooo !! 3/10

Delicious chicken!!! Great for catering and large groups! Affordable and family style dinners convenient as well!
