Contribuiți la feedbackThe meat here is really really good. My favorites were the diamond label wagyu beef and the grand cru wagyu thick cut. The marbling was super nice and melted in your mouth. My friend really liked the pork belly. The service is good too which is pretty standard for these kinds of Chinese hotpot places. One thing I wouldn't order again is the snakehead fish fillet since there were still bones in it which made it annoying for me to eat. Maybe I will try the a5 wagyu next time though it is quite expensive.
Tip: This place is expensive, but if you order before 5pm, it’s 20% off. This is probably a weekday only deal, but definitely call to double check.I’ve been here several times and enjoyed every visit. I love that you get an individual hotpot. They also made me feel extra special on my birthday. I got to spin a wheel and won a free wagyu. They also brought out a cute little happy birthday dessert at the end.I also like that they offer to make the house sauce for you and that the sauce bar shows you what ingredients to put together to make different sauces. At other hotpot places, the sauce bar can be overwhelming. They also had fruit, edamame, kimchi, and peanuts at the sauce bar.My favorite meats were the wagyu and the beef tongue. My favorite non-meats were both the fried and non-fried bean curd and the cabbage.I’ll definitely be back for another special occasion!Parking: You can get parking validated if you park in the Bravern garage.
I'm coming back to Washington just to come to this restaurant again. A fun group dining experience with delicious options. But, you have your own broth pot.I loved the truffle mushroom broth. You can make your own dipping sauce. They have edamame and fruit on the bar with the dipping sauce ingredients. Ice cream cone included at the end of your mealVegetarian options: Veggie plate available, and the noodles are amazing
This has become one of my favorite hot pot restaurants in the Seattle area. The dining experience is beautiful, from the new interior architecture to the presentation of food. I found the ingredients for the beef hot pot to be fresh and tasteful; the wagyu is notably better and will be worth the extra $10~ to many people looking for a special experience. There is a small buffet with food to eat as you wait for the main courses, as well as some delicious peas that seem to be marinated in red wine. Overall, this is a wonderful place to visit for some Chinese style hot pot.
I'd say overall 5/5! Or if I'm being picky 4.5/5 ?Food was great!!!! The shrimp pate was good, however don't get the hype. It was like the inside of a good shrimp dumpling. I'd say it was like 4/5.The beef selections were all good and the pork belly was so thin and delicious!Absolutely loved the creamy bone broth, it was all balanced and so flavorful.I thought the sauce bar was good, nothing special but had everything you need. Really like the shrimp paste. The kimchi was fresh and soooo amazing. The free ice cream at the end was perfectly sweet!Only thing is the price is a bit high. It does match up to the decor and overall vibe, so I get it
