Runza - Bellevue

Runza Restaurant was a good meal. The Swiss and Mushroom Runza was not offensive but it is definitely a regional food. It is not something i will be craving.It was not very visually appealing. If you get a kidsmeal don't forget the free ice-cream cone. The coupon is on the paper bag that the kids meal comes in. For the most part the restaurant was clean. The men's room had an issue though, The handle for the faucet was completely broken off. To use it you had to figure out how it fit on. The drive-thru line can back up and block parking and traffick trying to drive around the restaurant. There is handicapped parking but the doors are not automatic.

Good food, clean restaurant. I had the French Onion Burger combo. It was served quickly, fries were hot. Soft drinks are Pepsi products.

Really good chocolate shakes and fries, and I like the hamburgers. I have never liked the actual runzas, just not a fan at all (sorry not sorry, Nebraska! I don't think I have ever been inside the restaurant at this location, but the drive through service is generally friendly and accurate.

First time this happened but hopefully last. Fries were not cooked all the way. Mountain Dew was out of syrup. But worst of all, Hamburger wasn't cooked all the way. Didn't pay no mind to it until half way eaten. Upset. 10/08/21 at Bellevue location.

Probably Nebraska's best chain restaurant Hamburger and definitely fries. The last time we went was pretty slow and the galle in the cash just didn't seem too ready for any kind of crowd. I like the fact that you can refill and run your drinks yourself is usually quite good.
