The first time here. I love my burger. Come tastes it has chlorine. The staff is a little too friendly for me because I'm a super-introvert. Don't you see how family restroom and a woman brought her boy to the lady? s room I find a little unpleasant because the boy really stares around.

This evening, we had a large party of 19 guests gathering for a 4 year old boy's birthday party. 8 out of the 19 guests were children ranking in ages from 6 years old down to two months. With this description of the guests one can imagine it was quite crazy. Why I am sending in this review is because we had the best waitress waiter that served us. Her name is Holly and she has a very unique style about her and extremely down to earth and engages with all her guests. She remembered every part of our order did not forget one thing. Even my four-year-old grandson birthday boy gave her a piece of his birthday cake and did without being coached to do so. I'm very hopeful that her manager and higher-ups will read this review and give Holly the accolades that she definitely deserves. I tipped her 40% on my bill because that's the best service I've ever received. THANK YOU SO MUCH HOLLY!!!

Everything was perfect. I went with a bunch of kids who were RR fans like they say it ?. I wouldn?t have been there if not for them tbh. The kids ordered whiskey river barbecue chicken sandwich, chicken sandwiches , vanilla milkshake while I settled in for the impossible burgers. The wait time was about 15 mins on a Saturday evening. It was noisy because of the match and a lot of kids in the restaurant but was fun. I enjoyed my burger but the fries were dampening. The kids also ordered a bunch of sauces to go with their meal and that was interesting. I would have given them a 4.5 star overall if I had a choice.

I was in here with family not too long ago and when we walked in we were greeted by a nice hostess and then seated. Our waitress was Emily/Emilee and oh my goodness she is one of the most genuine people I?ve ever met. She was very good with us and everyone around us. There was a mishap with my burger and she was very quick to fix it and even had her manager fix it. The people here are hard workers and it shows. Very grateful for Emily/Emilee, manager, and the rest of the staff.

I was highly unsatisfied with the order I received. I ordered a whiskey river BBQ burger for delivery with a veggie patty since I?m strictly vegetarian and they gave me a beef patty. I spoke to the manager. He was helpful and gave me a partial refund, although he did not seem remorseful at all for the inconvenience, which I find unprofessional. I wish I could take back my tip.
