Mcdonald's - Bellevue

I am only giving this restaurant one star because I have to, but this location is terrible! It is by far the worst one in the metro area. The manager on duty wearing purple on 09/08 at 5:00 PM clearly does not care about customer service and should not be in a managerial position with how poorly she represented the company. I had to wait for 34 minutes to receive 3 burgers and a large fry because they were busy parking cars instead of prioritizing orders. When I went inside to inform them that our order was incorrect and missing a McDouble, the manager insisted that she had done her job correctly, which was clearly not the case. She then walked away without saying anything. It took an additional 7 minutes for them to remake 2 burgers. The service was absolutely awful.

Seems like it has gone down in quality the last 3ish months. Even with that I wouldn't write a review but my last order after drinking my beverage I looked in the cup and there was 2 dead flys in the ice. Save to say I am done with this place.

Be prepared to be told to park and then wait for an unusually long time. They seem to do this to fake their drive thru metrics. Had to wait 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a happy meal. And then had to wait another 10 minutes for then to get bring out the correct happy meal.Don 't bother trying to complain either in person, to the regional owner, or corporate. The first week give you a blank stare, the second won 't respond, the third will just pass it on to the second.

Ordered through the app. picked up in the drive thru. Quick service.
