Our family loves maggiano. we were at their locations in seattle, san jose, costa mesa, las vegas, denver, st louis, philadelphia, boston and scottsdale. we decided to travel to seattle, from portland to dinner at Thanksgiving. our family of 7 we look forward to it. I have to say: the traditional Thanksgiving life was a disappointment, and the Italian food was great! our server was overtaken, and all the time. We felt for him and tapped him well, as we know what a sacrifice it is that the workers work on a celebration I suspect they want to spend with family and friends. we appreciate the fact that they are working on this day and others. we will continue to come to magiano, but probably not to a holiday dinner. I think after spending $500 for a family meal, we want to enjoy their traditional Italian offers, as I feel what they do best.
Thanksgiving at maggiano has become a routine for us. we have the best time and no remnant truthahn to throttle. fabulous waitstaff and a cozy environment make it lovely. Thank you for coming for us!
Put them on my reservation that it will be mother in place birthday, even called and said that it will be to celebrate her birthday. the server has not asked what we celebrated and in the rule they do a kind of desert for the person and nothing has been done. the server was slow as soon as he gave us the menu and brot, he didn't even put the balsamico down that they usually do. I had to ask and he had to get it. then we ordered our food and had the reception after home a classic order. we ordered that. that was great. I paid him the **** and he said, okay, they'll see next time without taking the food home. we had to ask for them. pressed up into a corner next to a large group that was not happy either. maggianos never had a problem, but that was less than ideal. I visited the place to my mother in law and looked like a fool. eating is great. this experience is just terrible.
Good food but horrible horrible staff and management.
