Jinya Ramen - Bellevue

I ordered the flying vegan harvest ramen without corn and sub impossible meat for tofu. It was delicious and filling. Also ordered a seaweed salad that was good. Restaurant has other vegan options on the menu also like gyoza.

This raven lets me rise into a higher astral plane and see new colors. If something signifies this review how good these rams were. I actually had these rams at some Jinya locations and this was by far the best, I don't know how they did it. Updated by previous review on 2022-08-29

For the first time ate here and was thrilled with my creamy spicy vegan ramen and the impossible gyoza. I had lunch with an Allenvore, whose noodles looked completely different than mine, so found the soothing.

The vegan rams are super good. I know some here say that the noodles in this dish are not vegan. I checked with them yesterday when I ordered and they confirmed that there is no egg in the noodles. They are made from wheat. I hope that makes it clear for the riddle lovers. I have had jinya ramen in vancouver, bc bellevue, wa! I always always enjoyed my ramen, and raved about it. However, after reading the review about that the ramen possibly contains eggs is concerning to say the least. I will definitely ask next time my family eats here. Disappointing!
