Dunkin' - Bellevue

This is the slowest drive thru on the entire planet. Remember when Keeanu Reeves slowed down time in that one movie? I'm convinced that's what happened to this place. And God forbid they forget something and you go inside for a line that moves as slow as a downtown New York City DMV.I literally spent 45 minutes between waiting in the drive-thru line for them to mess up my order and waiting inside for them to heat up frozen stuffed bagel minis. With no less than 7 people working that day.Just remove the drive thru window and hire waiters waitresses because that's what you'll be doing here, waiting.

Only posting with 1 star because I have to in order to post this, but really I give this place Zero stars. We placed a donut order more than 24 hours in advance for an event we were having. When I called up let them know I was on my way to pick it up, the lady on the phone said, We didn 't make the strawberry donuts you ordered, but we have the 2 dozen chocolate, and the 2 dozen vanilla, and we 'll let you pick out other donuts to fill the last dozen you needed of strawberry when you arrive. When I arrived, she said, We actually only have the chocolate. Apparently they didn 't make your order. I asked what was the point of ordering in advance? She had the biggest attitude and shrugged and told me, It 's not my problem. I asked if she could offer a discount and she said no. She said over and over There 's nothing I can do about it. No apologies or anything. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she is the manager and I asked who her manager or the store manager is and she said her manager is out of town. When I asked for her name and the store owners name because I said I planned to call corporate, she said, I don 't have to give you any information and stormed off. Only go here if you want THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and if you want to support an establishment with staff that could care less about their customers. We absolutely will not be back.

Seems like when you wait in line for over 10 minutes and someone else comes in, they will help the person waiting at the donut counter first versus the people waiting in line unless the cashier gal that helped us today has a problem with people of different ethnicities…

This place is so iffy on speed. The same time on the same day of the week could be different all month long. There are times I drive right through the drive thru. Others I wait over five minutes to move one car length. I honestly don't know what takes them so long on certain cars versus the others. I've never had a problem though and the employees have been great.

The dunkin off of 11511 S. 36th street in Bellevue was terrible. They gave us the wrong dozen donuts. When I tried to call, a recording played and said the voice-mail was not set up .I had to call the Dunkin donut at 1720 Galvin Rd. South, Bellevue to help us. They offered to fix our order when they heard what happened. This review is for the kind and helpful employee named Alissa at the Galvin Rd. locationThanks!
