Brads Bbq - Bellevue

I had the brisket sandwich. beautiful bark and BBQ sauce on the side that is beautiful, so they can control how much they want on their sandwich. BBQ sauce wad a beautiful balance between sweet and tangy. my daughter had pulled pork. very generous. the man had the cash sandwich, he said it was very good that wee acid sauce really liked. decor was a little dated and they really need to kick the ac down as it was a little warm in it. good place to stop lunch, very reasonable prices.

Great food! However, I had a few servers during my visits who seemed indifferent to their jobs. On my last visit, the server named Alanna was quite rude. When we placed our order, she mentioned that sandwiches only come with one side, even though every other time I had visited, they came with two. She suggested that she could "swap out the other side" but warned that it could make her quite angry. She also didn't bring our food promptly and only checked on us once to see if we wanted to pay. Another server, however, was much more attentive—he checked on our meal several times and refilled our drinks. We left him the tip instead of Alanna, as he was the one actually doing his job. The food was still excellent, and I plan to return, provided I have a better-trained server next time.

I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! I've dined here multiple times, and the food has always been excellent. The waitress has been wonderful, especially considering that they have only been open for just over a week and many of the staff are new to waiting tables. The owners have also been great and very gracious. I really enjoy this place and plan to continue visiting!

I visited this restaurant three times, and each experience was exceptional in terms of both the food and the service. I was never disappointed. While I noticed that some of the younger staff seemed a bit inexperienced, they were still very dedicated. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!
