5 Stones Coffee Co - Bellevue

One of my pitstops on the Eastside for coffee. Close to i90 and ample parking.Friendly staff, lots of space to sit and relax.Coffee is good, never tired food from here. Love the coffee but on certain occasions the smokiness of the coffee is overpowering the coffee flavor

The worst experience ever. Please find any other place to visit. The “manager” of this place Carson is disrespectful and has no idea what customer service is. I ordered the bun and was offered to heat it up and they gave me the absolutely cold bun just from the fridge. When I asked to warm it up he was rude and not willing to listen. I don’t even mention that the water I asked for wasn’t provided and that the person who takes the orders called Luke was disgustingly chewing the gum while trying to talk to me. When I asked if there is a complaint book I just received an audacious smile back. It's clear that the real management here needs a serious overhaul if they want to retain any customers. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere to have a coffee.

Best cappuccino here on the east side. No frills just straight good taste at the right temperature and nice foam art. (I can’t stand those places that steam the milk so hot it burns me… We stop by at least once a week to get our daily dose and it’s consistently good!

Coffee always good but there’s only a few chairs to work at. Also, lots of parking!

Great coffee and the scone and cookies were delicious
