This location is absurd. At 5 pm with a full staff they take one car at a time one a major intersection. Literally don't even take an order just instantly ask you to wait for no reason and usually 5 plus minutes. This is one of the oldest locations in this city and the only one that will ask you to wait for no reason, rarely give you the correct order, have their own unique greeting about being a pleasure to serve me and their management clearly does nothing to retrain or curtail these practices. After reading the other recent reviews I have decided not to be using this location ever again. It needs to be audited and inspected by corporate quality adherence. It's ridiculous. Zero customer service.

Muffin was not fresh, warm and tasty as I wanted. Coffee was okay . Cleanliness can be improved. Service: Take out Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Not sure why your employees think being disrespectful for no reason is okay.
