Ripped me off hard on my deer sausage. Dropped off 65lbs of deboned meat. They had it ground seasoned and packaged in less then a day. Meat had no time to absorb the flavor. Very bland and they fall apart/ crumble. Gouged me $475 and claimed that was a deal. I will never go back.. Since i can not reply to your reply. I will edit to respond here. Yes it was almost a month ago. I had 1 pack the same day i picked them up and they had no flavor and fell apart. I kept it too myself. I give the group theirs and when we met up on the weekend every one of them had a negative comment about the quality and the price. I have called 4 different places since and i was had. They all quoted anywhere from $215 to $340. I have had many made over the years and none have ever crumbled when cooked like these did. I get the prices go up over time but not like that and when i spoke on the phone i was given 1 price then charged another.

I'm my opinion, Gilmour's is the best place to buy fresh quality meat at a good price. I gladly make the 3 hour drive from time to time just to stock up.
