Sonic Drive-in - Belleville

What can one say? It's Sonic. Either one likes Sonic, or one doesn't. Order was prepared properly and promptly. Food was hot. Wait staff was friendly and courteous. Only thing keeping this location from 5 stars is opening hours. Weekdays are fine at least when I get there. Weekends are variable probably depending on staff availability.

I absolutely love there BLTs on their 'Toaster ' Texas toast. And believe it or not a full-size BLT sandwich there is cheaper than all the other burgers definitely worth the try just make sure that you get extra mayonnaise on both sides otherwise cuz of the Texas toast it could be kind of dry if you don 't have that moisture.

This place is so incompatible. I always get the same thing an oreo blow with cheesecake is added to it. or I command it from an oreo cheesecake bubble. either I always get what I'm ordering for an explosion. I'm going today, and the lady tells me they don't have an explosion like they only have a shake. That was annoying because I know what I'm getting. I continued with the shake as she was sure that I did not in an explosion (which I always do). I'm not coming back to this place.

Horrible place. I usually love going to Sonic but the one in Belleville on Main St has to be as bad as it gets. The entire location was filthy, equipment in disrepair, the food preparation and taste were both severely lacking in quality and don’t even get me started on the rudeness of staff at the window. I waited 10 minutes at the speaker to order before finally giving up and driving up to the window. I was then told the speaker was out of order however no signs were posted to alert anyone of that. I waited another 15minutes to get my order of a cheeseburger, corn dog, tater tots and a chocolate shake. The food was a mess, and the shake was melted. It appeared my order had just been sitting there awhile before someone finally realized I was still waiting at the window. They just shoved it all out at me and slammed the window shut without so much as an apology or explanation for the horrible service. After I pulled away from the window, I took a few bites of the food then just dumped it all in the garbage can. Horrible food. Horrible service. Never again.

I waited for all about 15 minutes and was greeted by a very unfriendly employee. They almost accused me of the wrong order, and when I told them they had a attitude. because the line lasted so long, my eating was lukewarm. that is not the first disappointing experience I had at this site, it really went downhill since covid.
